We're gearing up for the Texas Blueberry Festival and can't wait!! If you want to kick off the weekend the right way, join us for our Four Course Blueberry Dinner & Wine Tasting with Beyond the Vine Cellars the night before the festival begins!

MENU:
🫐First Course: A trio of blueberry small bites: A Shrimp Taco with Blueberry Mango Slaw, Blueberry lemon ricotta bruschetta, and a blueberry goat cheese and prosciutto puff, paired with Riesling
🫐Second Course: Blueberry Spinach Salad with Lemon Poppy Dressing, paired with Beyond The Vine Cellars new release, Blueberry Bliss
🫐Third Course: Pork Chops with Blueberry Balasmic Sauce OR Salmon with Agrodolce Blueberry Sauce with blueberry sage stuffing and roasted carrots, paired with Madam Rouge
🫐Fourth Course: Blueberry dark chocolate cake with a blueberry buttercream, paired with Tempranillo

Temperatures are rising so we're making our special this week a little lighter. Enjoy a house salad with house made croutons, tomatoes, bacon, cheese and your choice of our house made dressing with a half turkey and Swiss grilled sandwich! The perfect lunch as we start to welcome summertime!

Happy Graduation weekend Lumberjacks! We're open with a full menu until 5pm today. Don't forget, Beyond The Vine Cellars is in the house and you can grab a celebratory glass of bubbles or wine with your meal!

They'll stay open late until 9pm and we'll have snacks available like charcuterie plates and hummus, as well as our delicious pastries available if you're looking for a chill place to hang tonight!
