Our Story...
When opportunity knocks...you answer! We are very excited to be a new addition to the Town of Naches. It’s not everyday you get a chance to be a part of something great, and when this opportunity was presented to us, we couldn’t wait to get started.
It has always been a dream of Israel’s to own and operate his own restaurant and create a menu. He was introduced to the Hospitality industry at a young age. His experience has evolved from being a coat check boy to attending Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute. For the last 25 years, He has found a love for the Culinary aspect of the business, which we hope will reflect on the menu items. We are very enthused to become a part of the community of Naches. Pamela’s family has lived in this area for 15+ years so we have had the opportunity to become very familiar with the area, the people, and the resources it has to offer. We got married here and are thrilled to begin the next chapter of our lives as a part of this great little mountain town.
Our vision is to provide our customers with a fresh, local and sustainable menu. The Pacific Northwest has so much to offer and we want to support our local farmers and producers. The menu will change as the seasons change, we will have some staple items but will have rotating specials based on whats fresh and in season. We will also have a small bar serving up specialty cocktails using PNW spirits and will also have a nice selection of local craft beer and wine.
Thank you to everyone who has supported and helped us along the way. Change can be scary, but when you have an amazing team of people behind you to offer their love, knowledge, and encouragement...it makes it all worth it!
