🎉🌴 We are beyond thrilled to share that we’ve snagged FIRST PLACE in Hawaii for our Vegan Chef Challenge! 🏆🍽️ Our winning dish? The incredible Soursop Sizzle "Fish Plate"! 🐟✨

This dish idea was crafted by Jasmine Light-Soul of Manadina Farm, inspired by an abundance of soursop and bananas in season and a recipe she tried from another Big Island chef’s vegan soursop fish sandwich recipe that she tried last year. Chef Katherine L. Tyner added her magic touch with furikake, ulu flour, and an unforgettable garlic banana sauce. 🍌🧄🍽️

We’re especially excited that we could use locally made flour from Hawai‘i ‘Ulu Cooperative to create our "fish" nuggets, making this dish not only delicious but also truly local and sustainable. 🌺🌿

We are MOVING LOCATION for the next few weeks to the Naalehu Farmers Market! We will be open Wednesdays during the Farmers Market from 9 AM - 2 PM, as well as on Thursdays and Fridays from 12-6:30 PM. Stop in for our regular farm to table burger soup and salad menu along with our 5 new Vegan menu items which are part of the Vegan Chef Challenge -West
