In addition they also do catering, offering among many other menu items, fresh smoked pulled pork; tri-tip, chicken, and prime rib, with their own secret rub. They have portable smokers so that they are able to cater events of just about any size. If you are just passing through they also offer a to go menu so call ahead and have it ready for you. They also serve beer, micro brew beer, wine, and both Coke and Pepsi products.
