Emma Cabrera has been part of the Rio family for the past five years as a food runner, bringing hard work, energy, and plenty of personality to every shift.

What she loves most about working at Rio? The people. Her coworkers have become her second family, and that connection is a big part of what keeps her loving her time at Rio. ❤️

Emma’s favorite part of a shift? When things get busy! The energy picks up, everyone is moving, and that’s when she’s in her element.

If you’re looking for her go-to order, she recommends a quesadilla with beef, pico, and lettuce, well done. 🌮

One thing Emma wants guests to know about the Rio experience is that the team is always growing and working to be better every day. That commitment is something she’s proud to be a part of.

One of the small moments at work that always makes her smile is walking in and being greeted by her manager, Katie, with a big hug. Those little moments make Rio feel like home. 🫶

If you asked her coworkers to describe her, they’d probably say hardworking, loud, and energetic — and Emma wouldn’t disagree! 😄

Something she’s especially proud of is how much she has grown since she first started at Rio five years ago.

Outside of work, Emma loves spending time at the beach and hanging out with her friends and family. ☀️🌊
