Did someone say Taco Tuesday? 🌮

I had the best time catering for NACTE today! This program played such a big role in encouraging me to start The Reckless Roux Catering, and I will always be thankful for the opportunities and support they gave me.

Today’s menu included taco-seasoned ground beef, taco-seasoned chicken, Mexican rice, refried beans, chips, cheese dip, salsa, lettuce, diced tomatoes, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream, and churro cheesecake bars for dessert!

If you have a child in high school, I highly encourage them to look into NACTE. They offer amazing classes, incredible opportunities, and teachers who truly care about helping their students succeed. I’m so grateful I was able to come back and cater for the program that helped inspire my journey. Thank you, NACTE, for trusting me with today’s event!

Another catering setup complete!
I served open-faced tomato sandwiches, pimento & cheese sandwiches, a cheese ring, Cajun corn dip with tortilla chips, a fresh fruit platter with cream cheese fruit dip, a vegetable platter with ranch, and rolls.
