Smoked prime grade top, sirloin, seasoned with Oregon smoked meats signature rub.  Sear marks were achieved at 500° on the Yoder 640.

A small sirloin roast I found in the freezer. Seasoned with Lanes Brancho rub. Sous vide at 130° for six hours. Put it in the air fryer for five minutes at 400° to give it a little sear. No filters or editing to these pics.

Just messing around. Cold smoked a T-bone, then put it in the sous-vide at 135° for two hours. Finished it in the air fryer at 400° for five minutes. Turned out fantastic.
