This Friday, September 25, from 4:00–6:00 PM, grab some ice cream and help send student-athletes to FCA Camp!

Stop by one of our participating locations:

🍨 What’s The Scoop Ice Cream Shop, Socastee
🍨 Stella’s Homemade Ice Cream, Garden City

A portion of gross sales during the fundraiser will go toward FCA Camp Scholarships.

IMPORTANT: Please mention the FCA promotion at checkout so your purchase counts toward the fundraiser!

Why camp scholarships?

FCA Camps have a profound impact on student-athletes across the Carolinas and right here in Horry County. Last year, 29 FCA Camps across the Carolinas served 6,274 campers.

Horry County FCA hosts three camps each year:

🏕️ High School Multi-Sport Camp in the spring
🎣 Outdoor Camp over Memorial Day weekend
🏕️ Middle School Multi-Sport Camp in the fall

Our High School Camp had 390 campers, and our Middle School Camp had 190 campers. Between those two camps, we saw more than 100 faith decisions, including first-time decisions for Christ and renewed commitments.

Our Outdoor Camp is still new, but in just its second year we had 35 campers and 5 faith decisions.

Camps matter. They give student-athletes an opportunity to get away from the distractions of everyday life, hear the Gospel, grow in their relationship with Jesus, and build relationships with other students and leaders.

Our goal is simple, we never want finances to be the reason a student-athlete misses that opportunity.

And we need YOUR help making it a huge success. ❤️

It’s simple: **come get ice cream!** 🍨

Bring the kids. Bring the grandparents. Bring your neighbors. Meet up with friends. Treat the whole family. Every purchase during the fundraiser helps us support an organization doing something incredibly special for children and families right here in our Grand Strand community.
