Just a lil something early because you know our day starts before the world thinks about waking (3am to be exact)! Anyone can make turkey and all the fixins but this!!! This is why we are so early on Thursday - this is how we make our turkey gravy so delicious! This method goes back to our Deep South family tradition that’s been passed down since the early 1920s. After all the birds are carved/pulled, bones and drippings are saved (I can’t give away all) This is what sets us apart from others. It’s tiring. Time consuming. Meticulous. But we do it for YOU!
