We certainly don’t waste them! We grind them together with some nice beef chuck and turn them into our traditional German-style Meatloaf.

In 1270, long before Christopher Columbus ever set sail for America, Hirter Brewery started brewing in the mountains of Carinthia, Austria. 🇦🇹

That's 755+ years of family craft, pure mountain-spring water, and a simple motto: take your time. Still independent. Still family-run. Still not a giant corporation.

On tap, you've got two very different personalities from the same house:

🍺 Hirter Privat Pils: Sparkling gold, floral hops, crisp and refreshing with that classic clean Pilsner finish. Slender, refreshing, never harsh.
