Meet one of the breweries behind the beers at Black Drum 🍺

Black Drum features beers from breweries across North and South Carolina, and we’re kicking off our brewery feature series with Tidal Creek Brewing. We got a behind the scenes look at the brewing process with Brewmaster Patrick Gibson as he made the Harmonic Hefeweizen, while also learning how Tidal Creek makes the most of every part of the process by repurposing their spent grain for local farmers’ cows and even dog treats.
