Many of you have reached out over the past few weeks asking what's next for me. First, I want to sincerely thank everyone for the encouragement, support, phone calls, messages, and opportunities you've shared since my departure from Hotel Hartness. It has meant more than you know.
Like many chapters in life, this one is still being written.
I'm exploring several opportunities for what's next. Whether that ultimately becomes another Executive Chef position, a private chef opportunity, consulting, or perhaps even another culinary concept of my own, I'm excited to see where this next chapter leads.
In the meantime, I'll be returning to my roots.
I'm now booking private chef events for October and beyond through Chef Bear Cooking.
I'm not a caterer—I'm your personal chef.
Every menu is custom-designed around your tastes, your occasion, and your vision. Whether you're looking for an elegant multi-course dinner, a Celebration of Life, an anniversary dinner, a birthday celebration, a holiday gathering, a wine dinner, a Low Country boil, a charcuterie display, weekly meal preparation, meal drop-offs, cooking lessons, or simply someone to prepare an unforgettable meal in your home, I'd love to help.
I specialize in intimate gatherings of approximately 25 guests or fewer, allowing me to provide a truly personal dining experience. If you've always wanted to sharpen your cooking skills, I also offer one-on-one culinary instruction and in-home cooking lessons tailored to your experience level.
I'm also considering hosting a few pop-up dinners along the way, so keep an eye out for those announcements.
I am based in the Greenville, South Carolina area and have served clients as far away as Myrtle Beach, Pawleys Island, and Columbia. I'm also happy to travel when needed.
