Weekend features. Fish Du is Flounder stuffed with our Scallop St. Jacques over mashed potatoes finished with roasted red pepper butter sauce. Last weekend for Kurobuta pork tenderloin and roasted peaches.
New beers 2 Other Half DDH IIPA's Green Caps & Hand Truck Heroes. Also a look at the delicious Lolev Stygian Owl NE IIPA 8% Hopped with Freestyle Riwaka, Waimea, NZ Cascade, Nelson
Sauvin, Roy farms Citra Liquid Lupulin and NZ Cascade SubZero Hop Kief, Fantastic beer

Fish du Branzino over wild rice with pico and crawfish cream sauce, Venison meatloaf over brown butter mashed potatoes finished with shiitake mushroom red wine reduction sauce. New cans just in 2 Drekker Sours and another animal from Lolev - Appaloosa NE IIPA 8.6% hopped with Freestyle Motueka, Freestyle Waimea, Nelson Sauvin, Liquid Citra Lupulin and fresh Wai-iti cold pressed hop juice. incredable beer
