There is a shortage of fresh, raw honey right now. Too much rain followed by extreme heat. The bees can’t keep up. But they will. They know what they need to do.
Dry massive amounts of honey from 25% water to 15-17%. Or else it goes bad.
We have had good success in a massive spread of 527 colonies of bees over 10 counties. One area doesn’t produce, another will.
All types and grades of in season honey from 2.5 ounces to 5 gallon Atwood’s sealed buckets. Homemade honey candy, lollipops, ice cream (limited locations), chocolate, toffee, honey infused with fresh extract, creamed, and whipped honey… (Like Bubba Gump)
