Southwest Skillet: Fried potatoes topped with cheese scrambled eggs, black beans, corn, avocado, sausage then smothered in poblano queso.
New Orleans Pasta: Penne noodles covered with homemade Cajun Alfredo with andouille sausage, chicken, onions, and green peppers. Been a big hit during dinner☺️
