As some of you know by now...I've had to stop doing my Nancy's Kitchen Products and Charlie's Barbeque Relish business.

My health has been a struggle for several years and I have to now focus on taking care of me. It's very hard for someone whose been serving the public for nearly 60 years.

My mixes, dips, dessert mixes and relish are still in stock at MOMS Shoppe at 1845 Lakeshore Dr. Muskegon 49441. Marge should have enough for the summer or longer. She can ship as well.

The Meat Block on Broadway and Maggie's Gourmet Foods and Gifts on Harvey St still have lots of Barbeque Relish.

As I move into retirement I would like all the friends, relatives, and customers, past and present, know how very much I appreciate your kindness, business, support and good wishes over the years.

The food business, of any kind, is never easy but you all made a career in a restaurant, catering, and the relish business fun and successful.

Please, stay in touch and maybe now I'll have time to do all those "lunches" I've promised people.

Oh yes...PS...I've moved back to Lansing to be closer to Joy.

Hello everyone! This is Joy, Nancy's daughter. Many people have reached out, as to why Nancy was not at the Market this week. As many of you know, she was planning to retire for her health & pain issues. She ended up having emergency surgery to remove her hip replacement and clear up an infection. She is on a long road to recovery and this is a multi stage surgical process to get a new hip in 3 months or so. Your thoughts and prayers have been greatly appreciated. I will be monitoring her page and trying to keep the stores stocked with relish till our supply is depleted. We all know my Mom has the Best
🐔 Chicken Noodle🐔 Soup Mix!
It's more than just a Soup! Here is what I like to do...and it makes 1.5 recipes more!

Make Soup to Recipe on pack, without the Noodles! Save those for later! I also like to use a rotisserie chicken. But you can cut up breast or used canned chicken too!
Veggies I like to add: carrot, celery onion, potatoes, corn, peas & green beans!

When veggies are tender, I take out about half the Soup and freeze it for later. I made 3 containers, as I can take one out for lunch or dinner, or all 3 and make another pan of stew!

With the remainder in the pot I add a can of Cream of Mushroom and a can of Cream of Chicken. Heat back up to a slight boil! This is a creat point to add cooked Noodles or Wild Rice for another soup choice! Or Thicken it a bit more with some cornstarch and make stew! Great over Biscuits or make a Chicken Pot Pie!

Now 1 Soup mix feeds me tonight, 2x tomorrow with left overs... I will freeze 3 containers of stew & 3 single servings of soup for later

I love to get creative with Mom's recipes!
