Dear Friends,
I am writing to share an important update regarding Love Café.
Due to circumstances outside of our control related to our current location, we will be closing Love Café at this site and transitioning out of the space by the end of April. The building owners have made the decision to move forward with selling the property, and Love INC is not in a position to purchase the building at this time.
While this is not the outcome we had originally envisioned, we remain deeply grateful for what has been accomplished. Because of your support, Love Café successfully launched and became a place where our Neighbors were welcomed with dignity, community was built, and lives were impacted in meaningful ways.
Although this chapter is coming to a close, we want to be clear: this is not the end of the vision. We are actively exploring opportunities for a new location that will allow Love Café to reopen in a way that is strong, sustainable, and aligned with our mission.
In the days ahead, our focus is on stewarding what has been built, caring well for our team, and preparing for what comes next. We remain confident that this work matters deeply, and we are committed to continuing it in the right way and at the right time.
