Celebrate the end of summer at our Iron Fish Pairing Dinner! 🥃
Take a seat just before Labor Day weekend on Thursday, September 3rd, for a perfectly paired evening at The Lake House. Each course is uniquely crafted, expertly paired with a sample of the raw spirit and a cocktail.

Event Menu:
Iron Fish Pommeau - their take on a hard cider, aged in Calvados barrels
Course 1: Grilled shrimp, lemon mascarpone polenta, basil oil, chive

Iron Fish Stout Cask - malt forward, notes of cherry and dark chocolate. aged in local traverse city stout kegs
Course 2: Short rib pasty, stout demi, smoked tomato jam

Iron Fish Mezcal Series - rich caramel and vanilla notes, toasted oak and rye spice
Course 3: Chili Relleno stuffed with pulled pork and plantains, simmered in chili broth

Iron Fish Mad Angler - developed along the betsy river, flavors of sweet corn, to***co and black pepper
Dessert: Honey poached apple, cream cheese ice cream, candied pecans
