Our story starts back in 2004 when my mother, Kristy Emery, used her many years of experience, her passion for cooking and her love of entertaining, to start a catering business called "Creative Catering". I joined the business in 2008. Initially I assisted in food preparation and event hosting. It didn't take long for me to m

ove into consulting with clients on menu selection and event planning. Not only did I learn the ins and outs of the business, I also shared my Mom's passion for cooking and entertaining. Moving on to 2014, as the business grew and my Mom inched closer to retirement, it seemed logical for the next phase of our business to involve - a change of ownership. We decided to expand our business by offering, a daily selection of freshly prepared Take & Bake casseroles. This required us to open our storefront. We are located at 1012 East Ninth Street, in Muscatine. Since we offer more than just catering, it was also a good time for us to change our name as well. "Let's Eat!" was started.
