From our first annual SKINNY’S STREET FEST to ‘Rooftop Summer Concert Series’ every Saturday on the patio. We closed it out Saturday night with CJ Parker , Proof Social & a packed patio!

Pricing beef is always a wild ride, and the grind don't stop... neither do the specials - or the Muskie Football team... am I right? 🔥

You may notice something missing from the menu... and if you didn't look - It's the Burnt ends.

Now before you go having a hullabaloo. Don't worry. Because they're not going anywhere. EVERY FRIDAY, THEY'RE BACK.

When she says she wants sushi, but you want Skinny's Barbeque.

While we didn’t invent the armadillo egg or the Texas Tw***ie. We were inspired by it and make ’em in-house before the sun’s all the way up.

A lil' history:
Texas was calling a stuffed jalapeño an armadillo egg by the early ’70s. Bacon over the pepper looks like the shell. The Texas Tw***ie came later, out of Hutchins BBQ in McKinney. Same pepper, cream cheese, bacon, with brisket in the middle so it eats like a Tw***ie

Ours is a blend of both! Sausage and bacon around the jalapeño. Brisket cream cheese in the center. Smoked & Fried. Raspberry sauce on the side.
