Happy 4th of July weekend!

This is up there with my favorite holiday of the year and I’m getting a break from the DJ booth. A much needed full two weeks off to be exact.

While we’re all celebrating with BBQ’s, fireworks, great music, and ICE COLD BEER, let’s not forget why we’re able to let loose and enjoy weekends like this. A huge thank you to all those men and women that have served, and continue to serve, our beautiful country. Without you none of this is possible. THANK YOU!

Tons of events going on this weekend, so get out and support a local business if you can!

I hope everyone has a very fun and very SAFE weekend. I want everyone to show up to work on Monday with all their fingers intact🤣

Two weddings. Two amazing couples. One fun-filled weekend.

Friday night I had the opportunity to provide entertainment for the Neda wedding reception right on the riverfront in downtown Muscatine. It was a laid-back celebration with family and friends, and nothing but good vibes. I’m still thinking about those steak tacos!🤤

Saturday I was big chillin’ in Cedar Rapids at The Harmac for the Hartzler wedding. I had the honor of providing sound for their beautiful rooftop ceremony (which unfortunately I didn’t snag any photos of🤦‍♂️) and entertainment for the reception that followed. The Hartzler and Twinam families know how to throw one heck of a party!

I definitely lack in the content department, but I’m starting to make a better effort to capture moments from each event. The content is far from perfect, but every wedding/event is unique and I want to start sharing more of those with you.

A huge thank you to both couples for trusting Minder DJ Services to be part of such an important weekend. Congratulations to the Nedas and Hartzlers!

Now time for that Sunday reset. Best holiday of the year coming up, let’s have a week!🇺🇸

Busy week ahead!

Not one, but TWO wedding celebrations this weekend. Kick it off Friday in Muscatine with a great view of the Mighty Mississippi and then I’ll be chillin’ in Cedar Rapids at one of my favorite venues in the area, The Harmac.

Don’t let the mid week blues bring ya down. Pick one thing this week that you’ve been continuously putting off and let’s rep it out. For me, that’s contracts! Let’s push some paper💪
