The name Vinnie has been inspired by our fathers names. Bernie and Melvin. Mel(VIN) and Ber(NIE) makes Vinnie's. Currently we sell two types of Jerky,seasoning a SPICY jerky seasoning and ORIGINAL seasoning, a not as spicy. However don't let these names detour you away from trying this jerky. As our spicy jerky does tend to have a little "bite" to it at the end, it still has a nice sweet taste to

it in the front. Our spices and ingredients have a beautiful blend to them throughout. BEWARE: Our jerky is EXTREMELY addictive!
