Starting in August, Osaka Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar will be open every Tuesday! 🎉

We are excited to have more days available to serve our guests with fresh sushi, Hibachi, and your favorite Japanese dishes. 🍣🥢

Our new business hours will be:

We've recently received a few questions regarding the ongoing lettuce recall related to Taylor Farms. We want to assure everyone that our restaurant is NOT affected, and our lettuce is 100% SAFE to eat! 🥬✨
Food safety is always our top priority. We immediately cross-checked our current inventory and supply chain:
• 🇨🇦 Our current batch of Iceberg lettuce is a premium product directly imported from Québec, Canada (Producteur de laitues A. Barbeau et fils).
• 🇺🇸 Our other trusted lettuce supply comes from Tanimura & Antle, an employee-owned family farm in Salinas, California.
We do NOT source any of our lettuce or produce from Taylor Farms. You can continue to enjoy your favorite meals and fresh salads at our restaurant with complete peace of mind! 🥗❤️

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Sushi Bar Prep Staff to join our kitchen team for a long-term position.

💰 Pay Structure

* Training: $11/hour
* After training : $13/hour
* Long-term / experienced staff: up to $15/hour

Fast learners may move to $13/hour within a few weeks.

🔪 Responsibilities

* Prepare vegetables, sauces, and sushi ingredients
* Assist sushi chefs with daily prep work
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar
* Follow food safety and sanitation standards
* Help with stocking and kitchen organization
