The tinkering and mastering of ingredients is not a novice cooks business, which is why we use a pizza recipe handed down from our owner's grandmother. Our recipe has battled the test of time, and emerged victorious. We ordered our wood fire oven from Naples, Italy, where our cousins know fire. Our team is devoted to serving our guests dishes bursting with fresh, authentic Italian flavor, and we look forward to welcoming you in soon.

It seems anytime we post a photo of the extraordinary Fettuccine Alla Bolognese we get a ton of questions or comments about it. ☺️

This is a phenomenal 😋 pasta dish we’ll get into more for you here today:

Fettuccine Alla Bolognese is egg noodles with a slow-cooked delicious ragú of ground beef and pork. Seems simple enough, but there’s more to this dish.

The Fettuccine Alla Bolognese is a delicious slow cooked meat-based sauce. It became a popular dish in the Bologna, Italy region and has some French influences. The history of this dish is a little murky but it is said to have originated in the 1800’s. Today, there are several variations of it, but we make it just like our family taught us to make it back in Italy. 👍

This pasta is fantastic for either lunch or dinner. Especially in the fall or winter.

Although it’s getting a little cooler, there’s still time to enjoy the outdoors. We’ll keep the patio open on nicer days 🌞 for outdoor dining if you’d like.

The outdoor patio is a relaxing space to enjoy a great Italian 🇮🇹🍽️ lunch or dinner while the weather is nice. There HAS TO BE at least a few nicer days left for all of us this year! 😉

There’s a host of excellent Italian meals we offer that go perfectly for the outdoors.

Items like Spaghetti alla Puttanesca, Gnocchi Alla Sorrentina, Fettuccine Alla Siderno, Cozze (steamed mussels in white w**e) or a Chicken Club Salad all go well while dining outside. Of course, if it’s a little cool you can get yourself a Minestrone, Pasta E Fagioli, or Wedding zuppe (soup) too!

The Pasqualino brothers, Damiano, Vince, and family helped raise some money for Project Bundle Up with Sean from A Slice of New York, WTAE, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and Putt Shack.

It's very important to Dam, Vince, and the Pasqualino staff to give back to the community as much as possible. 👍

Our NEW menus 🧾 have all of the fantastic old favorites, PLUS a couple great new things you’ll also notice.

First, you’ll now see a new short description on the different styles of pizzas 🍕 we offer. This little description available on the new menu explains the differences between our Pizza in Pala & Pizze Napoletane. You can learn about both and then decide which best suits your 😋 tastes. Hint: You can’t go wrong either way! 😉😁

Next, you’ll notice that there is a NEW extraordinary pizza & sandwich to choose from. The Mortadella stracciatella e pistacchio is melted provolone on a light, airy crust, creating a rich, savory foundation. It’s layered with delicate mortadella and cool, creamy stracciatella, then finished with pistachio cream, crushed pistachios, and a drizzle of olive oil. It makes for the perfect sweet-and-salty balance!
