These Cookie Monster dessert cups definitely had me wishing I had made an extra or three 😅

Layers of vanilla cake filled with “cookie monster” filling (think freshly baked chocolate chip cookies chopped up and folded into my signature buttercream) and finished off with more chopped up chocolate chip cookies 🍪 So good!
