Dallas Cup - referee dinner on 4/15/2025

We had the honor of cooking the food for this years referee dinner and it was amazing.

50 lbs of brisket
50 lbs of chicken
2 full size pans of mac & cheese
Baked beans
Salad

We ran out of everything by the end of the night. Several people came through the line multiple times to get more brisket 😂🤣

Smoked Turkey with our own poultry rub for a “Friends-giving”. Deconstructed the turkey before smoking so we could make stock with it which then became delicious gravy.
