Aloha! Good morning!

I am excited to announce that we are now serving Lau Lau, a traditional Hawaiian dish, at our restaurant!

For us, introducing Lau Lau is about sharing authentic Hawaiian culture. Because Taro (Kalo) leaves are hard to come by here, we hope this dish brings a taste of home to Hawaiian natives living in the area.

We are able to launch this meaningful project thanks to Auntie Brenda, a Murfreesboro resident who lived in Hawaii for over 30 years. She makes this incredible dish using authentic Hawaiian salt and Taro leaves shipped straight from her family's farm in Hawaii.

Please note that quantities are limited due to the seasonal availability of Taro leaves. We are thrilled to partner with members of our local Hawaiian community and look forward to bringing even more authentic dishes, art, and crafts to our restaurant in the future!!!

An update:

Hi everyone,

I am writing to share an update regarding our recent event. We are pleased to announce that we made a profit of $367.50. While we covered the labor costs ourselves, we are very happy to have taken this successful first step.

Thank you all for coming to visit our stand and for your support.

Best regards,

Andy and Jenny

Aloha everyone,

As we move into our eighth month, we want to sincerely thank you for your incredible support. Your frequent visits, social media shares, Google reviews, and catering orders have helped us establish a strong presence in the Murfreesboro community. We truly appreciate it.

To give back to our Hawaiian and Polynesian community, we are participating in the Asian Pacific Islander Celebration in Clarksville today. As a vendor at this event, all profits from our food sales today will go toward a fund dedicated to assisting Polynesians relocating to Tennessee. Whether providing a night in a hotel or purchasing essential supplies like blankets, these funds will help ease the challenges of moving across the ocean to a new state.

It is our goal to keep building on this account! It is a way to stay connect with the community, to give back to the community! It is the Aloha way!

Best regards,
Andy and Jenny
