Join us on Sunday, October 4th at 1:00 PM for a cup tasting featuring James Hoffmann & Lucia Solis’ Fermentation Project coffees!

Come hang out with us as we follow along with James Hoffmann’s livestream and evaluate the same Guatemalan coffee, fermented four different ways, to see how processing methods affect flavor.

- $10 at the door to participate
- Limited to 40 participants (if you purchased a Fermentation Project Kit from us previously, entry is free!)

It’s Rose’s last day this Saturday and we’re going to miss her!!

She’s funny, she’s tough, and she knows how to get things DONE. Rose has been one heck of a kitchen manager, a top-tier barista lead, and an incredible part of our team. We’re very grateful for the excellence, originality, and joy she’s brought to Brass Horn and our community these past two years. Keep on rocking it, Rose. You’re awesome, and we love you!
