The Coconut Mosto Co-Ferment is now available on cold brew for a limited time! And yes, it’s really good.

A little more about this coffee below:

This pink bourbon from Colombia is co-fermented with a mosto of coconut and figs. While varietal notes and terroir are still present in the cup, the fermentation funk really takes the front seat with this coffee.

Today is Cole’s last day! Show him some love before he goes!

Cole’s creativity, kindness, and attention to detail has played a big part in our shop and we’re really going to miss him. Wish this guy the best before he moves to Jacksonville, Florida, where he’ll continue his work in specialty coffee! He’s gonna crush it out there. We love you, Cole!

We’ve been incredibly lucky to have Riley on our team for the past three years. He’s played a huge role in the growth of the shop by leading both the kitchen and staff with excellence, care, and efficiency. We are so grateful for everything he has contributed to our team and community. Thank you, Riley.

Omakase is a multi-course coffee tasting centered around seasonality, education, and intentional experience. This year’s event features a refreshed format with new coffees and recipes in an intimate setting designed for slow enjoyment and connection.
