After working in a handful of restaurants in three different states, Matt perfected the art of pizza making, creating his delicious personal sized pizzas to serve at his own business in the Middle Tennessee area. By making his dough and sauce from scratch for each event, and always using the freshest toppings, you can expect to find a delicious pie with a thin style crust with the perfect crisp. W

hile our effort is to get you a hand pressed pizza made to order hot out of the oven as quickly as possible, Fatty Matty’s is not a fast food joint.
