A new wood-fired pizza truck is coming to Murfreesboro, and we’re building our team now.

We’re looking for passionate people who love food, hospitality, and the craft behind handmade pizza. At 1811, everything is made from scratch — from our 100% handmade Neapolitan dough to our wood-fired pizzas, sandwiches, and appetizers.

You’ll be working under a veteran pizza chef while helping build a local family-owned restaurant from the ground up, with room to grow alongside the company as we expand.

This is considered a mid-level kitchen position. Some kitchen or line cook experience is a huge plus, but not required. We’re looking for people with the right attitude, work ethic, and passion for cooking and pizza making.

We are pre-testing our menu on the with a classic margarita pizza and trying to reach 900°.

Our goal for the past 10 years was to get into the mobile food scene & we are finally making that step of doing it 🚚
