The Cooking Carberry's Wood Fired Pizza and Catering 9 inch Wood Fired thin Neapolitan crust made from scratch. Available during the summer months at East Channel Brewery.

Available for catering of all kinds for private parties. We have a traveling wood fired oven available for private pizza parties. We cater private parties by providing buffets of our homemade cooking.

October 1st and here's your heads up, our last pizza bake is Sunday the 18th of October. We are open 7 days a week from 2 pm to 9 pm. East Channel Brewing Company hours are Noon to 10 pm. End of Season Party is Wednesday the 21st of October from 3 pm to 7 pm. Join us.

Today we fed over 420 people at The White Tales Extravaganza. We served them all in less than an hour, with 3 serving lines going. I'd put this crew up against any other catering group. Beef Brisket, Chicken Marcels, Swedish Meatballs, mashed potatoes and gravey, baked beans, roasted corn medley, home made bread, Coleslaw, Caesar Salad and a variety of sweets.
