There are truly no words to express how grateful we are.

First, we want to extend our deepest thanks to the Pinewood Fire Department and all of the first responders who worked tirelessly to stop the fire at Saigon North from spreading any further. Your courage, professionalism, and quick response helped protect not only our restaurant but also our surrounding community. We are forever grateful.

To our incredible community, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. The outpouring of love, encouragement, kind messages, and prayers has meant more to us than you could ever know. Your positive words have given us the strength and hope to face this difficult time.

We also want to sincerely thank everyone who has organized fundraisers, donated, or offered to help Saigon North in any way. Your generosity and compassion remind us how fortunate we are to be part of such an amazing community.

We will continue to share updates as we learn more and will keep everyone informed about the next steps for Saigon North.

To Our Saigon North Family,

It is with heavy hearts that we share that Saigon North experienced a fire last night.

The most important thing is that everyone is safe, and for that we are incredibly thankful.

At this time, the cause of the fire is still under investigation, and we will share more information as soon as we are able.

We are deeply touched by the outpouring of love, prayers, and support from our community. Your kindness has brought comfort to our entire team during this incredibly difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Unfortunately, we must cancel all reservations until further notice. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Saigon North was built with love, and we truly believe that with the support of this amazing community, we will come back stronger.

What a beautiful night to remember. ❤️

We are beyond grateful to everyone who joined us for the Saigon North Soft Opening. Seeing so many smiling faces, families, and friends enjoying the evening truly meant the world to us.

A huge thank you to Heidi & The Joy Riders for the phenomenal live music. You made the night so special, and the energy you brought created memories we’ll never forget.

We were also incredibly fortunate to have such beautiful weather, allowing everyone to relax, enjoy the fresh mountain air, delicious food, and great company. Although we had a light sprinkle toward the end of the evening, it didn’t stop the fun! Our guests kept smiling, enjoying the music, great food, and each other’s company, making it an incredible night to remember.

As we look through these photos, our hearts are full. Thank you for your patience, encouragement, and support as our team continues to learn and grow. This is just the beginning, and we are excited to share many more wonderful evenings with you.

Due to the high chance of rain in the forecast, we have had to limit the number of guests we can accommodate. As a result, we have now reached our maximum capacity and are no longer accepting reservations for our Soft Opening.

🎉 We are officially fully booked for tonight’s Soft Opening!

Thank you so much for the incredible support. We are no longer accepting walk-ins or reservations for this evening so we can provide the best possible experience for our guests.

If you weren’t able to join us tonight, we’d love to welcome you tomorrow! We’ll be open starting at 4:00 PM, and our regular hours begin after this weekend.
