As the month celebrating Mambo Italiano’s 22nd anniversary comes to an end, I’ve been thinking about just how much this restaurant — and the people behind it — mean to me.

Twenty-two years ago, Mambo started as a dream. I could have never imagined all the memories we would create, the families we would serve, the friendships we would build, or that some of the people who started this journey with me would still be by my side more than 20 years later.

To my Mambo family: this restaurant would not be what it is today without you. Your hard work, loyalty, dedication, and the pride you put into what you do every single day are the heart of Mambo Italiano. Our guests feel it when they walk through our doors, and I see it in the relationships we’ve built with so many customers who have become like family over the years.

There have been busy nights, long days, celebrations, challenges, changes, and so many unforgettable moments — and through all of it, you have helped Mambo continue to grow and thrive.

I’m incredibly grateful for every person who has been a part of this journey and especially those who have stood beside me for so many years. I thank God for all of you and for allowing a dream I had 22 years ago to become something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

Happy 22 years, Mambo Italiano. ❤️🇮🇹

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Sincerely,
Sal
