Everyone say hi to Michael! Michael has been at Chick-fil-A Muncie for a little over a year and we are so grateful to have such a welcoming and friendly face! Michael’s favorite part of working at Chick-fil-A Muncie, is our team! We have an awesome team that works hard and has fun! Outside of work Michael loves to listen to music, hang out with friends and play video games! In the future he plans on graduating college, and continuing to make a career at Chick-fil-A! Something he has learned at Chick-fil-A Muncie is that sometimes it’s about the journey and not entirely the destination! We appreciate you Michael!

Kody has been with us since February of 2021 and we have had the honor of sharing so much life with him since he joined us! Once he graduated High School, he decided he wanted to start pursuing his career here at Chick-fil-A Muncie. He is a master at ex*****on, is always ready to jump in and take on whatever is needed, and leads each member of the team with a servant’s heart. We are so proud of you, Kody!
Courtney began her journey with us not long after, in May of 2021. She is fiercely loyal, caring, and passionate about everything she does, no matter how big or small. She also is a master at ex*****on, data tracking, analytics, and has made great strides both in and outside of the restaurant. Watching her grow and develop has been such a joy!
Ryan has been with us for over 6 years and every single one of them has been a blessing! He joined us in May of 2018, committed to a career within the last couple of years here, and has worked hard to learn, grow, and help us strive towards excellence as we love on our team and community. Ryan excels in high pressure situations and has a skill for bringing light and calmness into every shift he leads. He is such a rockstar!
We are incredibly grateful for all 3 of these amazing leaders and it is an honor to lead with them and be led by them. Well done, new Directors! We are so proud of you!!

It’s time for another Team Member Tuesday post! Everyone say hi to Nate! 😀
Nate has been at Chick-fil-A Muncie for a little over a month, and we are so thankful to have someone who is so passionate about serving our community! He applied to Chick-fil-A Muncie because he saw our friendly environment, and was excited by the opportunities that would benefit his future! Nate loves interacting with guests, and is passionate about making each guest’s day a little bit better! Outside of work Nate loves to go on long walks and watch the sun set! He also loves working on cars! In the future he plans on owning his own restaurant! Something he has learned at Chick-fil-A Muncie is how to perfect his multi-tasking and communication skills, when interacting with guests and his fellow team members! We appreciate you Nate!

It’s time for another Team Member Tuesday post! Everyone say hi to Ben!😊
Ben has been at Chick-fil-A Muncie for about eight months and we are grateful to have
someone who is willing to help our Guests at the drop of a hat. He came to Chick-fil-A Muncie
because he has always loved Chick-fil-A. After he started working here, he realized, it is not just
about the food, but our service and how we treat our Guests. He loves being at Chick-fil-A
Muncie because of our team members and leaders and how they aren’t just co-workers but
family. Outside of Chick-fil-A Muncie, Ben spends his time cooking, playing video games,
watching movies, and going for walks. In the future, he plans on joining the US Marine Corps or
becoming a head chef/private chef. One thing that Ben has learned here at Chick-fil-A Muncie is
that communication is the key to doing anything in our restaurant. We appreciate you Ben!

Everyone say hi to Eli! Eli has been at Chick-fil-A Muncie for about nine months and we are grateful to have someone who can make anyone smile. He came to Chick-fil-A Muncie because he loves our food, and the amazing atmosphere we have. He loves being at Chick-fil-A Muncie because of our team members and how he can make a connection and get along with everyone. Outside of Chick-fil-A Muncie, Eli spends his time working out and playing video games. In the future, he plans on going into real estate. One thing that Eli has learned here at Chick-fil-A Muncie is how to speak with our upgraded language. We appreciate you Eli! ☺️

It’s time for another Team Member Tuesday post!
Everyone say hi to Hannah!
Hannah has been at Chick-fil-A Muncie for about four months and we are grateful to have someone who is able to make a connection with anyone and everyone. She came to Chick-fil-A Muncie because she saw a positive and happy environment and wanted to be a part of that. She loves being at Chick-fil-A Muncie because of all of the encouraging and helpful Team Members we have. Outside of Chick-fil-A Muncie, Hannah spends her time Barrel Racing with her horse, Peaches. In the future, she plans on finishing her degree in general studies and then going to Dental Hygiene school. One thing that Hanna has learned here at Chick-fil-A Muncie is that you never know what is going on in someone’s life, so you should always be kind, no matter what. We appreciate you Hannah!
