Hey guys, I have a bunch of sourdough leftover from last night's Market. It was baked yesterday morning and I'm wondering if anybody would like delivery in the Muncie area tomorrow? I have six large loaves on hand and two baguettes. The large loaves are $9 or two loaves for $17 and the baguettes are $7 or both of them for $13. Edit: All sold out, thank you so much everyone!

For everyone who is okay with my previous post, I will be at the Irvington Fresh Market Tonight on the corner of Washington and Johnson next to the Irving Theater from 4:00 till 7:00 p.m. or until I sell out. I don't have much but what I do have is delicious. I will have my Bearded Sourdough, Dill Bread and a new variation of my Sweet Potato Bread along with both the Salted Dark Chocolate Button Cookies and the Birthday Cake Cookies. I wish I had more but it's been a difficult evening. I hope to see you there.

This business supports equal rights for all, including a woman's absolute and unequivocal right to choose what to do with their own bodies, racial equality, the rights of all LGBTQia2s+ and that every person, no matter their skin color, gender, or sexual orientation deserves the right to choose what to do with their own bodies, a home, food and a place to be free of fear that someone is going to come along and take any of that from them. No one is better than anyone else based on how or where they are born, only by their horrid actions. Now, I know my business has been struggling badly since COVID, and frankly given circumstances at large, I would not be surprised if this didn't end me as The Bearded Baker but I can no longer in good conscience do what I see as sit on the fence when it comes to these extremely important issues. I am not opening myself up to debate. To me, this should be a common sense issue of right vs wrong that too much of this country dishearteningly fails at and there is absolutely nothing that anyone can say that will come even close to making me believe otherwise.

Hello everybody! I am now officially taking orders for dinner roll deliveries for the day before Thanksgiving and the day before Christmas Eve! Like always, if you need things beyond this, feel free! I can bring you Bearded Sourdough or loaves of my House Recipe so you can make French Toast on Christmas morning or anything really! Who wouldn't want to have greatest cookie in the entire universe sitting in their stocking on Christmas morning! Also, I am doing something a little different this year, I will be matching every dinner roll ordered with a donation to the Muncie Mission! Everyone should have my dinner roll on their plate this holiday season! The dinner roll packages are a four pack for $7, a half a batch of 15 rolls for $23 or a whole batch of 30 rolls for $44. The rolls are made with my House Recipe which is like a cross between challah and brioche and are 3 oz a piece. Practically a meal by themselves! As usual, everything is made by hand the night before delivery day with the absolute best ingredients to maximize quality and freshness and boy are they yummy! I just wanted to share with everyone that I found the missing ingredient to perfecting the dill bread! It's a secret for now! You'll have to come and buy a loaf at Minnetrista tomorrow morning from 9:00 a.m. until noon to find out what it is! lol I'll have all the other usual wonderful things as well! Bearded Sourdough, Rosemary Sourdough, Salt & Pepper Sourdough, House Recipe, Candied Cinnamon Bread, Pull-A-Part Garlic Cheese Bread, Chocolate Babka and of course the absolute greatest cookies in the entire universe! Good morning everyone! Edit: well I guess tonight's market is actually canceled. That's a humongous bummer. Nonetheless, as far as I know Minnetrista is still on and so things will just be for tomorrow morning! So I hope you all come to visit me because I am changing things up a little! I am bringing my Dill Bread and my Butternut Squash Bread! These breads aren't super pretty but they are incredibly soft and delicious! If I have time, I might even make some Pretzel Bread! I'll also be bringing many of the other usual suspects like my Bearded Sourdough and the greatest cookies in the universe! As much as I can make before market starts anyway! Unfortunately I don't think I'm going to make it in the morning to the Minnetrista market. I think maybe I pushed myself a little bit too hard today and I need to get some sleep. I've been awake since Wednesday and the world is literally flickering in my vision. I definitely think that means I'm too tired to stay up. Sorry everybody!

Good afternoon everybody! I don't have a farmer's market this Saturday. However, I will be offering delivery to anyone who wants it. Just refer to my menu pinned to the top of my page and send me a message or text me at 765-713-9005. A couple of varieties of sourdough that I now make but are not on that menu are Salt & Pepper sourdough, and Mexican Herb Sourdough. Both are wonderful breads! For the salt and pepper (in the short video above), I use fresh cracked Vietnamese black peppercorns and instead of kosher salt, I use Mediterranean black salt! Also, I am not able to make the Earl Gray tea or Caraway rye sourdoughs right now. They require special ingredients that have been unable to procure lately. Just let me know and I'll bring it right to your door on Saturday. The time range on Saturday depends on where you live. Thanks guys and have a wonderful day!

I also have a new Pull-Apart Cheese Bread flavor, Tequila Habenero Cheddar! I'll be at the Saxony Farmers Market from 9 til noon and I offer free delivery for the Fishers area from 1 til 3 pm.
