Hi all!
It’s hard to think about those hot summer days when the weather is what it has been right?!
April for us is usually heavy on the preparation, cleaning, set up and the last minute details to get the trailer ready for the season.
However, for us life had different plans. On April 4th Eric was transported to the hospital and then admitted for 19 days. He has been handed a life changing diagnosis.
We have been going back and forth on whether or not to go out for this season.
After lots of discussion we believe it is best for Eric to focus fully on getting himself as close to 100% as possible.
We are heartbroken over this and will miss you all this summer!
Please venture out and continue supporting the local Food Trucks. It is hard work, but so very rewarding too.
