"My name is Kanisha Pennington. I am the Office Assistant at Twin Falls Resort State Park. I started as a Front Desk Clerk in 2018 and went on to Groups Services Coordinator and finally Office Assistant. My favorite meal at the restaurant has to be the Twin Falls Chicken Hoagie with the Pickle Fries. Don't forget the ranch! As a mother of 5, I really enjoy the Splash Pad and the options for playgrounds. My children stay busy for hours! Those memories will last a lifetime."

"My name is Robin Laxton, and I am the Accounting Technician here at Twin Falls Resort State Park. As the Accounting Technician, it's my responsibility to track revenue generated by the park. I have been an employee since 2016 when I started as a Lodge Desk Clerk. My favorite meal at Twin Falls Restaurant is the Country Boy Breakfast. After having a hearty breakfast, the next best thing would be taking a hike on the Falls Trail. The Falls Trail takes you to our Marsh Fork and Black Fork Falls. Our Marsh Fork Falls now has a platform overlook that is a great place for a photo. "

"My favorite meal is the Smothered Grilled Chicken dinner with grilled veggies and rice. I love it so much Chase put it on the menu! My family and I have run the Pioneer Farm for the past 8 years. I started working at the front desk and transfered to the restaurant since I have a history in food service. I moved my way over to Group Sales where I use the knowledge I gained from both my previous departments to better serve our guests with their group needs. Today starts a new trend that focuses on the employees of the park and showcases those who make the park what you see today! Each Saturday we will post a new picture of a willing employee and showcase their favorite dish along with a brief description of who they are and what they love about the park. Their meal of choice will be offered at a discounted rate for that day only, so pay attention for your favorite meal to pop up!
Our very first post on this trend will be today! To receive their discount, please use their name with your waitress that day in the dinning room.
