How do you eat your lemon bar?
I wait til its cold, cut and enjoy.
Lately I've added a dollop of whip cream. Got great reviews at the Iris gardens on them.
I just took a pan out of the oven and cut a piece from it to send across the road with someone's lunch. They smelled amazing as I cut into it. And then I thought....
A warm slightly gooey lemony bar topped with cool, whipped cream? That's a taste definitely worth trying.
Lemon bars are still warm, for now, but I can also put it on the grill to warm it back up.
