On this oven-like Tuesday someone just mentioned that “icy” is the easiest word to spell.

Looking at it now, I see why.

Speaking of ovens, it’s too hot to turn yours on! So, stop out for a quick 9 and then cool off in our AC with some delicious food and an ice-cold beverage.

This weekend the answer to all your problems probably isn’t at Lake Beulah Golf Course or Maddie’s Fairway Grill.

But don’t you think you should probably grab a friend (or two), or your entire family, and stop out to check? You know, just to make sure.

And like usual, whether it’s for a Friday Fish Fry, that Saturday afternoon Smash Burger, or Sunday Bloody Mary or Bottomless Mimosa, we’re here for you with golf, great food and ice-cold drinks all weekend long!

Congratulations! You survived the long holiday weekend – hopefully with the same number of digits that you started with.

As the house guests leave, and the work week looms, who even wants to think about cooking today? So why not let us do it for you?

Stop over for a round of golf, a bloody mary or mimosa on the patio, and some delicious sustenance – you’ve definitely earned it!

Happy 250th Birthday America!

Golf: Last tee time 1:20pm
Maddie's: Kitchen closes at 3pm

Oh, and Maddie herself wants us to let you know that if you're wondering what that smell is outside today... that's 250 Years of Freedom!

If you love golf, fish fries, and delicious food and drinks, then the start of this holiday weekend has only been 249 years, 11 months, 29 days and some-odd hours in the making… just for you!

Join us in celebrating America’s 250th Birthday all weekend long with golf, great food, and ice-cold drinks at Lake Beulah Golf Course / Maddie’s Fairway Grill!

Please note: We’ll be closing a little early on Saturday, July 4th so that our employees can spend the holiday with their loved ones. The last tee time on Saturday will be at 1:30, and the kitchen closes at 3pm. On Friday, July 3rd and Sunday, July 5th, it’s business as usual – for all your Golf, Fish Fry and Bloody Mary / Mimosa needs.
