We would like to announce our September employee of the month! Collin! 🏅

Collin has only been with us for a couple of weeks but has really made an impression with our management team!

Collin was voted for coming in and immediately getting to work, he comes in with a great attitude and is always asking to help out fellow co-workers. He is eager to learn more!

Collin received the most VOG mentions in 1 shift, hitting 9!! 9 customers took the survey on the stall and mentioned his name with such great things to say! Only here a couple of weeks and already breaking records, that’s what we like to see 😉

We are so lucky to have such great employees like Collin at the Muenster Sonic!

Come stop by for a delicious drink and congratulate Collin if you seen him out and about! 🥤🏆

This month is a little different! We usually have our management staff pick a cook or carhop for Employee of the month.

But without her knowing, my co managers and I secretly decided to make one of our managers employee of the month this month.

Congratulations Jaycee!
Although she’s been with us longer, Jaycee has been a manager for only a couple months, but she does a fantastic job, running great numbers, all while being such a sweetheart to both crew & customers!

Jaycee always shows up with a positive attitude! She’s willing to come in early, stay late, or be there to help when needed, she’s truly a team player! She runs the “front” so well and even jumps into the kitchen to help out our cooks!

We are so blessed to have her apart of our team and wanted to show our appreciation for her and all her hard work!

If you come to sonic and see her hustling around, be sure to congratulate her!

Help us congratulate our July Employee of the Month! Ari!

Ari has been with us since June 2026 & a fun fact about her is she loves basketball!🏀

Ari was voted by our management staff for consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic, leading by example, and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Her dedication, reliability, and positive attitude make her an invaluable member of our team. She creates a welcoming environment for both coworkers and customers, and her commitment to excellence does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Ari, for everything you do!

We apologize for the inconvenience! We will be trying to get someone out on Monday to get the machine fixed!

We are still able to make shakes, so come grab one of our classic shakes and add some candy for more flavor🍦🍓🍫

If you’re familiar with the Muenster Sonic, then you know the two girls below! We have all been served by Jada or Kylee at some point! These two girls have some exciting news to share for July 1st!

Jada was offered “Operating Partner” at a different Sonic and will leave to begin her new opportunity! Jada has been with us for many years and has worked so hard to make Muenster Sonic your favorite Sonic❤️ She loves and takes pride in what she does, leaving behind an amazing crew!

This change has opened up new opportunity for our soon-to-be Operating Partner: Kylee! She has earned this with her dedication and commitment to the business. We can’t wait to watch her flourish as she steps into to this big role❤️

We are so excited for these women and the exciting futures they have ahead!

He consistently closes our kitchen and does it well! Liam is so welcoming to all new hires and people, he sure does get them talking!

We are so grateful to have such wonderful employees like Liam! ⭐️
