This month is a little different! We usually have our management staff pick a cook or carhop for Employee of the month.
But without her knowing, my co managers and I secretly decided to make one of our managers employee of the month this month.
Congratulations Jaycee!
Although she’s been with us longer, Jaycee has been a manager for only a couple months, but she does a fantastic job, running great numbers, all while being such a sweetheart to both crew & customers!
Jaycee always shows up with a positive attitude! She’s willing to come in early, stay late, or be there to help when needed, she’s truly a team player! She runs the “front” so well and even jumps into the kitchen to help out our cooks!
We are so blessed to have her apart of our team and wanted to show our appreciation for her and all her hard work!
