Today was our soft opening at The ArgenTexan Asado Company, and what a day it was. ❤️🇦🇷🤠

After a very scary night with Shayne, I honestly wasn’t sure how today would go. But somehow, we made it through. And Shayne was an absolute rockstar on the grill all day long.

Starting a food truck has been a dream, but dreams come with a lot of hard work, long hours, uncertainty, and faith. Today was our first real step, and we couldn’t have done it alone.

A huge thank you to our partners, Sharon and Craig, for being part of this adventure and helping bring this dream to life.

A very special thank you to Jeff Clancy for believing in us, for renting us the food truck, and for all of the support, guidance, mentoring, and encouragement along the way. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity and for the confidence you’ve shown in us from the beginning.

To my husband, Shayne — thank you for believing in this dream and believing in me. After everything we’ve been through lately, seeing you out there today doing what you do best made me so proud. Without you, I don’t think I would have had the courage to pursue this dream.

And to every friend, family member, neighbor, and customer who stopped by today, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Thank you for your patience, your encouragement, your kind words, and for giving our Argentine street food a try.

We’re still learning the logistics of running a food truck and figuring things out as we go, so we truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding during our first day.

Today wasn’t perfect, but it was real. It was a day filled with hard work, emotions, gratitude, and hope. And for that, we are incredibly thankful.

This is only the beginning.

We’ll be back tomorrow starting at 11:00 AM and serving until we sell out!
