El Potrillo Mexican Restaurant was established in Moyock on October 11th, 2006 by a couple of guys with a dream and a passion for excellent Mexican food. It's crafted by roasting agave with mesquite for about 7 days in a small underground pits at the Patron Hacienda in Mexico. The result of this ancient, labor intensive method is an artisanal ultra-premium tequila with a perfectly balanced, very complex smoky flavor.
