Yesterday we had the pleasure of making five 3 foot subs for a corporate party along with 3 other catering orders. I’ll admit I don’t get a lot of pictures, I’m too focused on the job! I did snap this before they went out the door, from top to bottom:
Ham
2x Italian
Turkey
American
All veggies and condiments were on the side so the employees could have theirs exactly how they like it. In our usual fashion they were stuffed to the gills, you know we never skimp!

We just learned that one of our local firefighters had an unfortunate accident while on a search detail. Zach is a regular in the deli and one of the nicest guys you’d ever meet. He is the sole provider for his family of 4 so I’m sure this hits extra hard.
