Sparkman Cellars. Showcasing these lovely w**es is an honor. Grateful to our friend and colleague, Derek, for introducing us. After meeting them, tasting their w**es, and seeing a tiny part of their production, it was an easy decision for us to have them be part of our initial W**e Bar selection.
What Dave and I love is that they remain a family owned and operated w**ery. Their tagline reads “Family. Good Livin’. Real Fine W**e”. I believe anything that comes from the earth be it w**e, coffee & tea, or food, when you nurture it and respect what it has to go through to get to us, often nourishing our body and spirit in the process, you’ve got something special.
“Kelly and Chris Sparkman,(both with a history of care for, and work with, the environment which is detailed on their website) in 2004, launched Sparkman Cellars in Woodinville, Washington. In Year One they made 12 barrels of w**e (289 cases) and three labels in a tiny warehouse. In Year Three they opened their first tasting room, made 1425 cases of w**e and eight labels. They have now grown their annual production to over 12,000 cases in their new w**ery, tasting room and event hall at the old Redhook Brewery in Woodinville and are committed to making w**es that are considered among the finest in the world.“
Join us Thursdays, Fridays, & Saturdays from 5-10pm to try their phenomenal w**es.
