In honor of our w**e dinner on Monday, September 21st, we're revisiting some of the best dishes we've had the honor of serving at our w**e dinners over the years.

Chef Kyle doesn't take his job lightly. Every detail is carefully curated to become the masterpiece that sits in front of you.

Sunday, September 21st, we're closing our doors to the public, and opening them for a FULL restaurant w**e dinner.

Little Betty is teaming up with Epoch Estate W**es for a five course dinner, each dish paired with a w**e poured straight from their Paso Robles estate – built on land once owned by a world-famous pianist and the site of California's first bonded w**ery. History in every glass, and a menu to match.

Meet Carlos Cisneros, Sommelier and our newest addition to the Little Betty family!🍷

Carlos has spent 35 years in the restaurant industry, 20 of those in fine dining, and became a Certified Sommelier in 2012.

Before joining us, he built the w**e programs at Ocean's, Fleming's, Bocca, and Bistro 218, and spent 12 years shaping the collection at Pleasure's All W**e.

Off the clock, you'll find him tending his garden (tomatoes, cucumbers, okra, and more currently growing) or mountain biking the trails near Helena.

Next time you're in, ask him for a pairing, and say hi hello! ☺️
