To Our Beloved Community,
After 30 wonderful years, it is with a heavy heart that we share the news of closing Fiesta Del Mar Too, our last day of business will be Sunday, March 30, 2025. We’re open Tuesday – Sunday, 5 – 8:30pm.
This decision was not made lightly, and as we reflect on the past three decades, we are overwhelmed with gratitude. What started as a dream grew into something so much more — a place where stories were shared, friendships were made, and countless memories were created over meals.
We are deeply thankful to you — our loyal customers, neighbors, and friends — for your unwavering support, your smiles, and for making us a part of your lives. You made this restaurant more than just a place to eat — you made it a home.
And to our incredible staff — past and present — words cannot fully express our appreciation. Your hard work, heart, and dedication are the foundation of everything we've built. You brought warmth, joy, and excellence to every corner of this restaurant, and we are endlessly proud and grateful for each and every one of you.
Though this chapter is closing, the memories, the friendships, and the impact of this community will stay with us forever. Thank you for making these 30 years so meaningful — we will carry the spirit of this place in our hearts always.
