Last Saturday, May 16th, we officially celebrated the grand opening of Kona Island Coffee in Mountain View 🤎🌺

What started as a small Kona coffee trailer has now grown into our very first storefront — and seeing the community show up the way they did meant everything to us.

From the ribbon cutting ceremony, to the live Hawaiian music, to the packed café all day long… it truly felt like aloha filled the space.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who supported us along this journey and helped us bring a little taste of Hawai‘i to the Bay Area.

This is only the beginning ☕️🌴

after years of serving the bay area from our coffee trailer, we’re so excited to finally open the doors to our very first storefront and share this moment with all of you.

we’re finally ready to open our doors 🤍

we officially passed our final inspection today and are excited to announce the soft opening of kona island coffee.

this will be a soft opening, which means we are still learning, adjusting, and fine tuning everything as we begin service. some things may not be perfect yet — but we’re incredibly excited to finally welcome everyone in.

from our mobile coffee trailer to our first storefront, this journey has truly meant everything to us. thank you to everyone who supported us, encouraged us, shared our posts, visited the trailer, and believed in this vision from the beginning.

we can’t wait to share a little taste of hawaii with the bay area ☕️🌺
