A week of tradition, craftsmanship, and connection.

It was an honor to welcome Chef Adachi behind our counter and share his cuisine, knowledge, and dedication with our guests here in California. His visit allowed us to celebrate the traditions, hospitality, and approach to sushi that continue to inspire Sushi Adachi.

Our sincere thanks to Chef Adachi for making the journey from Tokyo and for an unforgettable week. And to every guest who joined us at the counter, thank you for being part of such a memorable visit.
