Thank you to the new owners for stepping up as a Grand Opening Sponsor, helping to secure the emergency funds to ensure the Lake Norfork Fireworks - Independence Eve Show 2026 will go on! Folks, if you have not been to Fred's Fish House lately, get there! Tim Speaks and his crew are working hard to provide an improved experience at this beloved Norfork Lake staple!

🎤 we know it is 100% impossible to please everyone. That being said, we love our menu! Fred’s is somewhere we have enjoyed our entire lives! Coming to the lake with our best friends and family, enjoying the water, making memories… nothing beats it! Some of our most favorite memories as kids are coming to Fred’s after a long day on the water, enjoying yummy food in the air conditioner, talking about our days, what the plans were for the next day and who was going to get thrown off the tube the quickest! We truly do want the best for the customers! We will do our best to keep traditions alive, keep the food fresh, create new creations & keep bringing more surprises and fun for you and your families! Now let’s have a great summer and make memories to last a lifetime!
