Eating well is fundamental to good health and well-being but not everyone has time to grocery shop and prep food soo for convenience we hit up the nearest fast-food drive-thru only to find options that are not only unhealthy but also expensive. That's a no-go in my book. I have been a vegetarian

for over 16 years now and I struggle when eating out! In our rural area there are just not options for a quick healthy meal. I mean let's be real, I can get an $8 salad from a fast food chain with no real nutrition value or just opt to not eat at all and unfortunatley I pick the latter. I want big nutritionally dense filling salads, tasty wraps loaded with fresh ingredients, healthy veggie pasta's loaded with flavor and just MORE healthy options in general...was this too much to ask?? One of my favorite things about venturing out of our town is all of the food options from organic takeout to eclectic whole food based food trucks. More and more people are realizing that what they put in their bodies either fuels them with energy and positive thinking or fuels their illness and disease. Dont get me wrong I love something covered in gooey cheese or a delicious sweet treat (my weekness) now and then but these shouldn't be our only options when we are hungry and in a hurry. My hope is to offer Mountain Home healthy togo options and also offer weekly meal prepping for those who may find that option more convienent. Healthy Eating=Boosted Energy=More Positive Energy. WE ALL NEED THAT RIGHT :)

❤️Daura Damm is a "crafted to remove gluten" beer. It is brewed with traditional barley malt but undergoes an enzymatic process that breaks down the gluten proteins.
